Yes we give a 30 day money back guarantee with our products.

Please let me explain. If when you receive your purchase and you decide to return it for some reason, you may return this item within 30 days of original dispatch date for a full refund of purchase price or exchange, your choice. Sadly, this does not include postage costs.

Refunds will take place in the same way they were purchased. IE: if Items were purchased with a credit card, the funds will be returned to this card.
It is also important that all tags, if any, remain attached to the item. The product must be unused and undamaged. IE: you need to try it on but if it is the wrong size or just doesn’t suit you, simply return it.

Please ensure you use registered post when you return your item as we do not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to us via non registered post.

Faulty product – Please accept our apologies if by chance you have received a faulty product, or we have made a mistake. Do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to and in the subject line write ‘REFUND REQUIRED’.

We have strict quality control and pride ourselves on these Australian products. For that reason we take this issue very seriously. It is important for that reason that you check the product carefully upon receipt before use.

If it is our mistake or the product is faulty you will be given a complete refund including postage or replacement item. Again, your choice. We do not penalise customers for something that was not their fault.

However refunds cannot take place until the product has been returned. We will notify you upon receipt of the product, and again when the refund has taken place. Refunds will be dealt with swiftly on return of the item. We don’t wish to disappoint you any further.

What should I do if my item is damaged in transit?

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods, during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.
